This is what I wanted..With each arch changing colors There can be no lag (which knocks out the ESP8266/Wifi)
Schematic Yes.. I know this isn’t the right way to do it. It’s a way for us non-EE types to understand. NOTE: There's a 5V supply to the Nano and PCA9685, which is different than the 12V to the LEDs.

Overview
The ESP8266 acts like a web-server and drives the PCA9685 which expands the number of output devices I can control. Each mosfet controls a single color. I have 8 “pucks” that I put on the wreath, each “puck” has 3 colors, which translates into 24 mosfets and … 24 pins on the PCA9685
